Molly & Alex's dreamy summer engagement session was so much fun!
We mixed everything they love—elegant downtown portraits, Alex’s vintage car, relaxed moments in an open field, and of course their adorable puppies. As fellow teachers, they finally had a chance to slow down and celebrate this exciting season of life. Their love is fun, effortless, and full of personality. I’m so grateful I got to capture it all. I can’t wait to see them again next summer for their wedding day!

A photographer who’s passionate about natural light, making sure my couples feel cared for, iced white mochas, and my boys Dustin, Murphy, and Auggie.
Over the last 15 years of documenting my couples on the best day of their lives, I’ve met so many amazing people who quickly turned into friends. I hope that can be our story, too.
On the rare occasion that I’m not capturing a special moment, you can catch me spending my time with an incredible man who makes me laugh until I cry. I also tend to believe that a house is not a home until paw prints paint the floors. And admittedly, I cry at most movies, especially the romantic ones. Editing days consist of Dr. Pepper and take-out, while days off require country drives and visiting local wineries to listen to live music and take in a golden sunset. Hands down, it’s one of the best parts about Central Illinois.
